How the design gets decided

We don’t begin with a favorite layout.

We begin with what your customer must understand before making contact. That changes the pages, proof, imagery and next step.

  • Use your real services, projects, reviews and language.
  • Protect useful URLs and search entry points during redesign.
  • Test the approved website across phones, tablets and desktops.
  • Verify the inquiry path reaches the fixed Web Respawn inbox before calling it complete.

A visible working process

From scattered material to a working website.

Each stage produces something you can review before the project moves forward.

  1. 01

    Scope the work

Map the services, customers, proof, pages and primary inquiry.

  2. 02

    Plan the journey

Write the hierarchy, page flow and calls to action before styling begins.

  3. 03

    Design with real material

Use the business’s brand, photography, projects and customer questions.

  4. 04

    Build and test

Custom-code the approved design and check it across devices, links and inquiry paths.

  5. 05

    Launch and support

Launch with Website Care in place. Add growth work only when it has a clear role.

Before the first conversation

A few practical answers.

Does Web Respawn work only with contractors?

No. Contractors are a major focus, and the published work also includes salons, tutoring, tattoo and pet-care businesses. The common thread is a service business that needs a clearer website and a better path to contact.

Can a redesign preserve my current URLs?

Current URLs are inventoried before redesign. Useful paths stay in place whenever practical, and necessary changes receive direct redirects so valuable entry points are not abandoned.

What happens after the website launches?

New builds continue with Website Care for hosting, monitoring, updates and an organized request path. SEO and advertising are separate services, not automatic add-ons.

Should I use the Website Plan or Website Checkup?

Use the Website Plan when you are starting a site or already expect a substantial rebuild. Use the Website Checkup when you want to inspect an existing page before deciding how much should change.

Start with a written recommendation

Tell us what you sell and what customers should do next.

We’ll recommend the smallest useful website scope and explain the next step before you commit.
