Your information
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Web Respawn collects, why it is used and how requested website tools and client workspaces are handled.
Last updated August 21, 2026Information collected
Web Respawn may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, location, website address, service interests, how you found Web Respawn, assessment answers and project details.
Technical request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and source pages may be processed for security, rate limiting, delivery and diagnostics.
Free website tools
When you request a Website Checkup, the public URL you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for a mobile Lighthouse test and to the Chrome UX Report service to request available aggregated real-user field data. No email is required for the instant preview. The complete Website Checkup priority report requires contact details and is also sent to Web Respawn with the technical findings and business context.
The Domain, DNS & Email Checker sends the public domain to Cloudflare's public DNS service and may request available registration details from the relevant public RDAP registry. The Broken Link Checker fetches the public starting page and a bounded set of public link destinations.
The Website ROI Calculator and Redirect Map Builder run in your browser. Financial inputs, pasted or uploaded URL lists and redirect-map rows are not sent to Web Respawn. Do not submit private dashboards, credentialed addresses, tokenized preview links, private network names or data you are not authorized to use.
Tool analytics use generic completion and result-count events and are designed not to include entered URLs, domains, financial assumptions, uploaded content or report rows.
AI website assistant
When you use the AI website assistant, the conversation text and limited page context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Web Respawn does not use the chat to make automated eligibility, credit, employment or other high-impact decisions. AI responses may be incomplete or incorrect, and sensitive or unusual questions should be confirmed with a person.
Contact details entered in the assistant's separate inquiry form use Web Respawn's normal inquiry pipeline and are not intentionally included in the AI conversation. Chat transcripts are not attached to the inquiry email. Do not enter passwords, private account information, payment information or other sensitive data into chat.
How information is used
Information is used to provide a requested tool or assessment, respond to inquiries, recommend a website starting point, deliver services, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, improve the website and meet legal obligations.
Web Respawn does not sell personal information and does not add a free-tool user to marketing email simply for requesting a result.
Service providers
Information may be processed by website hosting, database, analytics, AI and email-delivery providers as needed to operate this site. OpenAI processes AI assistant conversation text and limited page context. Google PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report process the public URL requested for a checkup. Cloudflare public DNS and the relevant public RDAP registry may process a domain requested for a DNS and registration check.
Client portal
Eligible clients may receive access to a private Web Respawn Client Portal. The portal may store approved user identities, account roles, supported website-form submissions, lead stages, follow-up dates, account notes, service requests, request activity and notification preferences, work updates, client decisions, connection status, reporting configuration, generated reports and periodically refreshed data requested from authorized Google Analytics 4 and Search Console properties.
The portal may send account setup, request, reply, status, decision, completion and scheduled-report emails to approved recipients. Internal Web Respawn notes are not client notifications. Email delivery depends on third-party providers and the receiving inbox.
Where available, clients may delete an untouched request they submitted, withdraw a request after activity begins, mute notifications or hide an item from their own view. Withdrawal, hiding and notification preferences do not necessarily erase operational, security, audit or legal records.
The portal is not intended to be a complete customer relationship management system, shared inbox or permanent archive of every business inquiry. Clients should not submit payment-card data, passwords, medical information or other sensitive records through standard website forms, requests or portal notes. Access can be revoked when a user is no longer authorized or the eligible service ends.
Retention and security
Inquiry, portal and requested-report information is kept only as reasonably needed for follow-up, service records, security, audit and legal obligations. Technical rate-limit records expire on a shorter operational schedule.
Protected server-side tools use same-site signed sessions, hidden honeypots, minimum session age, origin checks, per-visitor and per-target rate limits, global capacity limits, private-network blocking, timeouts and hard request budgets. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission, third-party provider or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Analytics and cookies
The website may use essential storage and analytics technologies to understand site performance and improve the visitor experience. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, entered website domains or message content.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@webrespawn.com, subject to legal, security and legitimate business record requirements.
