Web Respawn Privacy Policy

Web Respawn may collect information you voluntarily submit, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, location, website address, service interests, how you found Web Respawn, assessment answers and project details.

Technical request information such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and source pages may be processed for security, rate limiting, delivery and diagnostics.

When you request a Website Checkup, the public URL you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights for a mobile Lighthouse test and to the Chrome UX Report service to request available aggregated real-user field data. No email is required for the instant preview.

The complete priority report requires contact details and is also sent to Web Respawn with the technical findings and business context so the requested report can be delivered and followed up. Do not submit a private dashboard, credentialed address, tokenized preview link, private network name or URL you are not authorized to test.

When you use the website assistant, the conversation text and limited page context are sent to OpenAI to generate a response. The assistant can make mistakes and does not make automated eligibility, credit, employment or other high-impact decisions.

Information submitted through the assistant’s separate project form follows Web Respawn’s normal inquiry process. The chat transcript is not intentionally attached to that inquiry. Do not enter passwords, private account data, payment information, medical information or other sensitive records in the conversation.

Information is used to provide a requested checkup or assessment, respond to inquiries, recommend a website starting point, deliver approved services, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, improve the website and meet legal obligations.

Web Respawn does not sell personal information and does not add a Website Checkup user to marketing email simply for requesting a result.

Information may be processed by website hosting, security, analytics, AI and email-delivery providers as needed to operate this site. OpenAI processes assistant conversation text and limited page context; Google PageSpeed Insights and Chrome UX Report process the public URL requested for a checkup. A provider receives only the information needed for its part of the requested or approved service.

Information submitted through a contact or project form is delivered to Web Respawn for follow-up. Project records may include the approved scope, client decisions, supplied material, service requests, work updates, invoices and other information reasonably needed to perform and document the engagement.

Website forms and email delivery depend on third-party systems and the receiving inbox. Do not place payment-card data, passwords, medical information or other sensitive records in a standard inquiry form.

Inquiry, requested-report and project information is kept only as reasonably needed for follow-up, service records, security, audit and legal obligations. Technical rate-limit records expire on a shorter operational schedule.

Depending on the request, safeguards may include signed same-site sessions, honeypots, minimum session age, origin checks, rate and capacity limits, private-network blocking, timeouts and request budgets. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission, third-party provider or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

After a visitor allows analytics, the production website loads the existing Web Respawn Google Analytics and Google Ads tags to measure useful actions such as phone, text and email clicks, form starts, service selections, pricing and portfolio interest, booking actions and successful submissions. Analytics events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, entered website domains, referral details or message content.

A temporary first-party session record preserves the initial landing path and allowlisted campaign values—such as UTM source, medium and campaign—so an inquiry email can distinguish the landing page from the submission page. It expires with the browser session and excludes unrelated query parameters.

Optional analytics storage is denied by default, and advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalization remain denied under the analytics choice. The saved choice is kept in this browser and can be changed by opening analytics choices. Essential storage used for security, accessibility preferences and an explicit analytics choice is separate from optional measurement.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@webrespawn.com, subject to legal, security and legitimate business record requirements.

The site currently responds to the analytics choice saved through its own consent controls. It does not use a browser Do Not Track setting as a separate control, and a Global Privacy Control signal is not currently wired to change the site’s analytics choice automatically. You can deny or change analytics at any time through analytics choices.

Web Respawn does not knowingly authorize another company to collect personally identifiable information on this site over time and across unrelated websites for that company’s own advertising use. Service providers may process limited information to deliver hosting, security, analytics, email and the requested checkup as described above and under their own terms.

Material changes will be shown by updating the date on this page. When a change materially affects how submitted personal information is used, Web Respawn will use a reasonable additional notice where practical.
