does not offer free trials. All services require payment.

Fees and Payments

Clients agree to pay all applicable fees, including:

Startup fees
Monthly recurring fees
One-time fees (if applicable)

Payments may be processed via:
Stripe
Credit or debit card
Cash App
Klarna
Tap to Pay
Other approved payment methods

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments are final and non-refundable.

This includes:

Startup fees
Monthly fees
Development fees
One-time fees

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

Subscription Billing

‍Services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay recurring charges may result in:

Immediate suspension of services
Termination of services
Permanent loss of website access
Permanent removal of hosted content

is not responsible for any lost data due to non-payment.

SMS Communication Terms

Client cooperation and communication are required for completion.

Failure to communicate may delay or prevent completion.

Client Responsibilities

Respond to requests in a timely manner
Provide required content and materials
Maintain current billing

Failure to do so may delay or prevent service delivery.

Service Termination

‍Respawn Enterprises LLC (DBA Web Respawn)
reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to:

Non-payment
Abuse or misuse of services
Violation of these Terms

Clients may discontinue services at any time. However, payments already made are non-refundable.

Transfers

‍Clients may transfer services if all billing obligations have been fulfilled.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing.

No Guarantees

does not guarantee specific business results, traffic levels, or revenue outcomes.

Limitation of Liability
