Access for more people

Accessibility Statement

Accessibility is part of how Web Respawn plans, builds and maintains digital experiences.

01

Our accessibility goal

Web Respawn wants this website to be usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including visitors using keyboards, screen readers, screen magnification, voice input, high-contrast settings or reduced-motion preferences.

WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the site’s ongoing technical target. Accessibility is a continuing practice, not a certification that every page, browser, assistive technology or legal requirement is satisfied in every circumstance.

02

What the site is designed to support

  • A skip link and consistent main-content landmark
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation, controls and visible focus indicators
  • Readable text and control contrast, zoom and responsive reflow
  • Logical headings, semantic tables and descriptive page titles
  • Alternative text for meaningful images and hidden treatment for decorative images
  • Programmatic labels, instructions, status updates and error feedback for forms
  • Reduced motion when the device preference requests it
03

Audio, video and alternative formats

The website does not currently publish audio- or video-based service information. If prerecorded media is added, Web Respawn intends to provide captions and a transcript, plus an audio description or equivalent text where important visual information is not already explained in the audio.

If website information is needed in another practical format or a form cannot be completed, contact Web Respawn for help accessing the same information or service.

04

Testing and maintenance

Source review, automated checks, keyboard review, responsive testing and manual content review are used during development. Representative templates are tested because one shared template can power many industry and location pages.

Automated tools cannot prove accessibility or legal compliance. Manual testing with current screen readers, browsers, zoom and high-contrast settings remains part of ongoing review, and new content or third-party tools may introduce issues that require correction.

05

Third-party content

Some linked or embedded tools may be controlled by another provider. Web Respawn cannot guarantee the accessibility of a third-party platform, but will consider a practical alternative when one is available.

06

Report a barrier

If something prevents access to information or a website function, email webrespawn@gmail.com or call (224) 358-9063. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology involved if comfortable sharing it.

You may also request the information or service through a practical alternative method. Accessibility feedback is reviewed personally, with an initial response normally provided within one business day.

07

Formal complaints

If an accessibility issue is not resolved through direct contact, applicable federal or state agencies may offer additional information or complaint processes. Web Respawn welcomes the opportunity to address the barrier first.
