Client Portal + Website Editor
Watch how clients review pages, preview responsive layouts, make approved edits, send requests and follow progress inside one organized workspace.
61-second portal walkthrough
The walkthrough uses Web Respawn's own public website and clearly labeled demo requests. It shows the real editing and request experience without exposing client information.
Here’s how Web Respawn clients manage their website without chasing email threads. The Overview keeps website activity, current work, and connected results in one place. Open Website Studio and choose any page. The actual website loads inside the editor, where clients can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile; select a section; update approved content; add a section; or open detailed settings. Nothing goes live until the changes are reviewed and Publish changes is selected. For a request, choose the type and priority, add a short title, and explain exactly what should change. For example: replace the homepage project photo, or scope a new Lake Villa service-area page. The request appears in one shared thread, so replies, progress, and approvals stay connected to the work. Completed items remain in the history, and Results reports only from connected sources. That’s the Web Respawn portal: edit the website, send a request, track progress, and keep every decision in one organized workspace.
The service record
The active account and written scope remain the source of truth. A feature is not promised merely because it appears on this public explanation.
Clear ownership
Both sides get one record for the work Web Respawn manages, while sales conversations and business decisions stay with your team.

Yes. Choose the request type and priority, explain what should change and attach the details your request needs. The work then stays organized in one shared thread.
Replies, progress, approvals and completion history remain connected to that request, so you can see what is waiting, what is in progress and what has been completed.
No. You can review responsive previews first. Nothing goes live until the change is reviewed and Publish changes is deliberately selected by someone with the appropriate access.
Only when the relevant forms and reporting sources are connected and included in your active plan. An unavailable source is shown as not connected rather than filled with estimated or invented data.
No. Each workspace follows the Website Care or SEO scope active for that organization, so the available editor, request and reporting tools can differ by account.
