What clients can expect

Website Service Standards

A clear standard for communication, scope, quality and honest marketing—from the first reply through ongoing care.

01

Direct communication

New project inquiries and accessibility reports normally receive an initial response within one business day. Active-project updates are provided at the milestones defined in the proposal, with questions surfaced before they become launch problems.

02

Defined scope

Every build begins with a written scope covering pages, features, integrations, content responsibilities, price and expected timing. Requests outside that scope are explained and priced before extra work begins.

03

Focused revision process

Standard projects include two reasonable revision rounds. Feedback works best when it is consolidated by the client’s decision-maker and tied to the agreed business goal.

04

Responsive and accessible foundations

Pages are designed for current phone, tablet and desktop widths, keyboard navigation, reduced-motion preferences, readable contrast and semantic content structure. Accessibility is tested and improved as an ongoing practice.

05

Launch quality assurance

Before launch, Web Respawn reviews primary screens, navigation, forms, metadata, structured data, analytics connections, redirects and important URLs. Third-party systems are tested to the extent allowed by the provider and client account access.

06

Search-ready—not guaranteed

Technical structure, crawlability, metadata, internal linking and useful content are built to help search engines understand the business. No number-one ranking, indexing date, traffic level, lead volume or revenue result is guaranteed.

07

Care after launch

Website Care is month to month and covers the level of hosting, security, updates and support identified in the selected plan. Requests are prioritized by severity and scope; larger design or feature work may require a separate quote.

08

Respect for the client’s business

Web Respawn will not publish fake reviews, invented locations, fabricated case-study numbers or claims the client cannot substantiate. Clients are expected to provide accurate information and flag regulated or professional statements that require specialist review.
