Published starting price

$499 monthly minimum with a $500 one-time setup.

Ongoing management is $499 per month or 15% of monthly Google ad spend, whichever is greater. Google ad spend is separate and paid directly by the business.

After launch: Management continues month to month at $499 or 15% of monthly Google ad spend, whichever is greater. The business funds its separate Google lead budget directly inside its own Local Services Ads account.

Quoted separately: Google ad spend, licenses, insurance, background checks, new website or landing-page work, call answering, CRM work and ongoing SEO are separate. Google controls approval and platform delivery.

Scaled management pricing

The fee grows only when 15% exceeds the $499 minimum.

Google ad spend is paid directly to Google. Web Respawn’s management fee uses the greater of $499 or 15% of that month’s Google ad spend.

The direct answer

Get a managed path into Google's pay-per-lead local results.

Google Local Services Ads can place eligible, verified local service businesses prominently in Google Search and charge for qualified customer contacts rather than ordinary website clicks. Web Respawn helps configure the business profile, services, service area, budget and lead workflow, then monitors the account after launch.

After a $500 one-time setup, ongoing management is $499 per month or 15% of monthly Google ad spend, whichever is greater. The $499 minimum applies until 15% of spend exceeds it. The business pays its Google advertising budget directly to Google. Approval, placement, lead volume, lead quality and job revenue remain controlled by Google, market demand, competition and the business's response process—not by Web Respawn.

LSA and SEO solve different timing needs. LSA can generate paid opportunities while the budget is active. SEO improves the website and organic visibility over time. A business may use either service or combine them when the economics support both.

What the work focuses on

A clear system from attention to action.

01

Verified eligibility

Confirm that the business category and market are supported, then help organize the registration, insurance, licensing and screening information Google requests.

02

Profitable service coverage

Select only real services and service areas the company can handle well instead of opening the account to every possible lead type.

03

Lead-quality control

Review charged leads, call outcomes, responsiveness and booking feedback so budget decisions reflect useful opportunities rather than raw lead volume.

04

Fast response discipline

Keep business hours, contact settings and lead handling aligned because missed calls and slow replies can waste paid opportunities.

Typical deliverables

What a practical scope may include.

The final scope follows the starting point, systems and business needs. These are the responsibilities most often involved.

A responsible process

Plan the system before adding tools.

01

Confirm fit

Review eligibility, service value, market, operating radius, review profile and the team's ability to answer and follow up quickly.

02

Build and verify

Set up the business information and help complete Google's required verification steps using business-owned documentation and accounts.

03

Launch with a controlled budget

Choose supported services, areas and bidding settings, then start with a budget the business has approved and can measure.

04

Manage from lead outcomes

Review spend, charged leads, responsiveness, booked estimates and closed work when the client supplies those outcomes, then adjust responsibly.

Scope clarity

Important limits stay visible.

The business owns the LSA account and pays Google directly; Web Respawn receives manager access for the approved scope.

Google controls eligibility, verification, ad placement, lead charges, credits and account policies. Approval and lead volume cannot be guaranteed.

The business must answer leads promptly, maintain required licenses and insurance, and report booked or completed work accurately.

LSA management does not include ongoing SEO, standard pay-per-click Google Ads, call answering, sales follow-up or a guaranteed number of jobs.

Service questions

Understand the work before it starts.

How much does Web Respawn charge for LSA management?+

The published price is $500 one time for setup. Ongoing management is $499 per month or 15% of monthly Google ad spend, whichever is greater. The business's Google advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Google.

When does the 15% management fee become higher than $499?+

Fifteen percent becomes higher than the $499 minimum when monthly Google ad spend exceeds approximately $3,326. For example, $5,000 in monthly ad spend produces a $750 management fee.

Is the Google lead budget included in the $499 monthly fee?+

No. The $499 is Web Respawn's management fee. The business chooses and pays its separate Google budget inside its own Local Services Ads account.

How often is the LSA account checked?+

Web Respawn performs brief weekly checks and a deeper monthly review. Changes are made when account, spend or lead-quality evidence supports them rather than simply changing settings on a schedule.

Does every contractor qualify for Local Services Ads?+

No. Availability, categories, screening and documentation vary by location and business type. Eligibility is confirmed before setup is represented as complete.

Is LSA the same as Google Ads?+

No. Local Services Ads are a separate Google product designed around verified local providers and paid leads. Standard Google Ads generally use keyword campaigns and charge for clicks.

Should I choose LSA or SEO?+

Choose based on timing and economics. LSA can provide paid opportunities while funded; SEO improves owned website visibility over time. They can be used separately or together.

Can Web Respawn guarantee leads or booked jobs?+

No. Google, competition, demand, budget, reviews, response speed and the business's sales process all affect results.
