Lab and field data stay separate

The four category scores come from a point-in-time mobile Lighthouse test. Eligible CrUX data reflects rolling 28-day real-user experience and may not exist for smaller sites.

No ranking guarantee

The SEO category checks selected technical basics. It cannot predict a Google ranking or prove content quality.

Human judgment stays human

Offer clarity, visual credibility, proof quality, customer fit and real conversion performance still need a person to review them.

Before you run it

What the free checkup can—and cannot—tell you.

What does the free Website Checkup test?

It runs one public page through a mobile Google PageSpeed and Lighthouse test, then adds eligible real-user mobile Core Web Vitals from the Chrome UX Report. The report also covers automated accessibility basics, selected SEO foundations, technical best practices and three business-context answers.

Why might real-user Core Web Vitals be unavailable?

CrUX includes only publicly discoverable pages and origins with enough eligible Chrome data. Smaller or lower-traffic sites commonly have no public record. The checker shows that as no data and never replaces it with a zero.

How long does the Website Checkup take?

Most people can finish in about two minutes. The Google PageSpeed scan often takes 15–30 seconds, but timing can vary with the tested website and Google’s response.

Is this a complete SEO audit?

No. It tests one public page and selected technical SEO checks. It does not crawl the entire website, measure backlinks, research keywords, prove indexing or predict Google rankings.

Does the accessibility score prove WCAG or ADA compliance?

No. Automated checks can identify some accessibility issues, but they cannot test every requirement or replace manual review by qualified people.

Does a high score guarantee more traffic or leads?

No. Technical quality can remove avoidable barriers, but search visibility and leads also depend on the offer, content, competition, trust, usability, tracking and follow-up.

Which page should I test first?

Start with the page most customers enter or use to decide what to do next. For many businesses that is the homepage, a primary service page or an important advertising landing page.
