CrUX includes only publicly discoverable pages and origins with enough eligible Chrome data. Smaller or lower-traffic sites commonly have no public record. The checker shows that as no data and never replaces it with a zero.

No. It tests one public page and selected technical SEO checks. It does not crawl the entire website, measure backlinks, research keywords, prove indexing or predict Google rankings.
No. Automated checks can identify some accessibility issues, but they cannot test every requirement or replace manual review by qualified people.
No. Technical quality can remove avoidable barriers, but search visibility and leads also depend on the offer, content, competition, trust, usability, tracking and follow-up.
