The starting point

The business challenge that shaped the project.

Kalaca Tattoo had been established in Kenosha since 2013, backed by more than 25 years of tattooing experience, strong client reviews and a substantial body of work—but no dedicated website that brought the portfolio, shop information and next steps together.

The strategy

01

Build a hard-edged skull-and-needle visual system around the shop’s character without covering or competing with the tattoo work.

02

Use supplied portfolio photography and client reviews as the main proof, with an accessible gallery and collapsible Read more controls for longer reviews.

03

Create a six-page local-search foundation with accurate hours, contact details, schema, canonical URLs, custom social artwork and direct call, email and directions actions.

The visual foundation

The skull-and-bones identity frames the work without covering it.

The mark gives navigation, buttons and sharing artwork a recognizable edge while the supplied tattoo photography remains the main proof. The result feels like Kalaca on every screen without inventing a portfolio.

6 pages

A complete shop foundation

Tattoos, portfolio, about, reviews and contact content each receive a clear, crawlable place.

Real proof

Client-authorized portfolio media

Actual tattoos and customer reviews carry the credibility instead of stock photography or synthetic work.

Direct paths

Call, email and directions

Contact actions match how the shop phone is used, with no unsupported texting option.

What was built
