What Care protects

Small operational details decide whether a website stays dependable.

Managed delivery

Hosting and deployment stay under active technical ownership instead of becoming an abandoned account.

Upkeep

Technical maintenance

Supported dependencies, forms and site behavior receive the attention described in the plan.

Content

Routine requests

Approved text, image, service, hour and other bounded changes use the plan’s monthly allowance.

Priority

A known request path

The client portal and documented process keep requests, approvals and status easier to follow.

Website Care questions

Know what counts before a request becomes urgent.

What is a routine Website Care request?+

Routine requests are existing-site changes that usually take about 30–45 minutes. Monthly update time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, custom development, original content and SEO campaigns are separate.

Can Web Respawn maintain a website it did not build?+

Possibly. The platform, hosting, code quality, access, security state and request history must be reviewed first. A cleanup or migration may be required before ongoing Care begins.

Does unused monthly update time roll over?+

No. The allowance reserves current-month capacity and does not accumulate into a future redesign or large content project.

What happens when a request is outside the Care plan?+

Web Respawn identifies the boundary and provides a separate scope or recommended next step before the added work begins.

Is Website Care included in the $1,000 plan?+

Yes. The Business Growth Plan includes Care within its $1,000 monthly price. Website-only projects show the required Care level separately.
